Hello guys need advise as where to mount my kicker sub amp
Anybody got pics of how u mounted ur amps just adding subs to stock system

Mount it in the trunk compartment on near the Bose amplifier in the very front of the trunk or upside down under the rear package shelf, but away from the compass module.

I mounted plenty of amps on the side of the subwoofer box itself. Saves space and everything is all together if you ever have to pull it out of the trunk. Also, I secure the box so it doesn't slide around the trunk!

The OP isnt adding a sub box though, only adding more power to the stock system.
1995 Jeep Cherokee Country- 200,XXX miles and running strong. 4.0L paired with a 5 speed manual. 4.5" long arm lift with 32" tires and regeared to make up for power. Best of all, shes a fire engine red!
2000 Bonneville SSEi- 145,XXX miles, bonestock for the time (don't hold your breath, it might be a long while)

I must have read it wrong. He said he was adding subs to the stock system. I naturally thought he meant woofers in a box LOL

Ha, guess I should have read it better also, I take back what I said. To the OP, if you are adding subs in a box, then yes, just mount the amp to that.
