- Year and Trim: thinking about buying a '87
1987 bonneville headliner
all i have to say is wow. i cannot believe how well they are made, at least mine has held up extremely well. every other headliner on nearly every other vehicle i have owned has sagged and eventually fell down. this headliner, whatever glue GM used is awesome, they should have continued to use it. the headliner in far better shape then it is in my 96. so was thing redone or did GM just know how to make a headliner on this year of bonneville? even my wife comments on how well it has help up and she loves to complain about this car.

I wish mine had held up this well on my '87 Olds.
The headlining on my '88 Buick is held up with map pins.

Mine was also falling down. Having it bake in summer heat then driving with the windows down a lot is what caused it according to my mom.
