Dumb Question.
How does this come off so you can mount the front plate? I would rather leave it on but the state boys around here are real jerks. It's a 2002 sle by the way.

there are 2 black removeable pins facing the ground on the plate filler. Remove them, and then swing the plate filler upwards and off
