Mass Air Flow Sensor

The service engine light keeps comming on telling me that the mass air flow sensor is bad, I have replaced the air filter, mass air flow sensor and the fuel filter. ( The light went out when I replaced the sensor, but came back on the the next day. I replaced the fuel filter and reset the computer and the car ran fine for about 200 miles, now the lights back on again; any ideas?
