Upper trans cooler line leaking at fitting

Hi all. I just replaced the radiator in my 2001 Bonnie and now the upper cooler line is pissing trans fluid at the fitting. It's a quick connect fitting with a spring clip in the fitting and a conical taper on the line with a yellow O ring looking thing behind the taper. I am wondering if there is supposed to be some kind of seal inside the radiator fitting that can fall out. It didn't start leaking until a day or two after I installed it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Just had this happen on another member's 03 SLE... It ended up being a combination of the spring clip and the o-ring inside the fitting. The new radiator should have come with new fittings, I would be wiiling to bet that's your problem.
