I got bookends now (Club Challenge Racing Part Deux)

Last Friday was the fourth race of the Club Challenge Series (bracket racing). It was a good turnout with a full crew (6 racers) but the bad weather was on it's way. First race was against a fourth gen Camaro who dialed in a 14.85 (yeah, right, he was packing an LT1 and a 100 MPH Club sticker) but he jumped the gun and red lighted. Easy win. Second round came against a mid 90's Mustang and I smoked him with a close win. I'm proud to say that Jared (SuperSLE) won his first round in his monster Bonnie and Keven (BoiseGTP) won his round as well with his charcoal SSEi. Unfortunately the rains came and didn't let up so it was called. They calculated the winners by the reaction time + how close you came to your dial-in time and.....

Not a "real" win but I'll take it! I think I'm going to be moved to play with the big boys in a higher bracket now. Oh well, can't get better if you don't run with the big dogs! Can't wait to run at WCBF!
