It is a 2004 CE Z16 that I bought from Florida. It has 9500 miles on it, and I'm in love.
We asked for the car to go on the front of the truck so it doesn't have to go on and off the truck a bunch of times, but the result of that was getting a really dirty car because it ended up raining.
My Dad cleaned it all up for me, but it has been raining so much I haven't got any pictures of it clean yet.. I will post new pics as soon as the weather is nicer. :Thumbs
Me personally I love the car exactly the way it is. As for the mileage it came with about 9200 and I put on the rest in Florida to get Tint and place it in storage, ok, and to the corner Wal Mart, Target, Advance Auto, Auto Zone, well you get the picture, especially if you know me as some fellow members do. Build sequence # is 1646 out of 2025.
I want to thank Don (jrs3800), Brad and his family (Sandrock) and Bob from another forum for putting up with me and giving me a place to stay while in Florida for three weeks. I know I'm not the easiest person to live with but it took much longer then I thought. I'd also like to thank Will for helping my attitude and paving the way on route to Florida, thanks Will I will never forget that phone call with the "you got 5 guess". I also can't forget clm2112 (Curt), although I never had the chance to meet you, you still offered me a place to stay and that means a lot to me.
Being as there are only 2025 of the CE's built I had to go to Florida to purchase this specific one off of the original owner and found it sitting in an airport hanger. Seeing as the last one we lost by a couple hours I promised Mick we wouldn't loose this one, since it was the last great deal left. He still has the tape on the inside passenger window from the dealer pricing and the plastic on the seats and paper floor mats from new. He never drove it this year until we test drove it and Mick basically bought it site unseen other then 4 photos of a dirty car. Yes, this over 70 year young 6.3" 160 lb. person didn't even wash the car since last year and we're having a hard time getting the Florida bugs off of her. After all is said and done there is not one scratch on the exterior and the interior is pristine with the new car smell still. Mick has all the original paperwork and enough oil and filters for the next 8 years.
Congrats Mick and I hope you enjoy her nearly as much as I did driving that baby in Florida. What a beautiful car.

The person in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and so on pictures (Mike D) with the Corvette sweat shirt helped us through the process of getting this car back through customs since he's purchase several from our neighbours to the south. He wanted to be there to see the expression on Mick's face when he saw his baby for the first time in person. Mike D's latest is a 08 Z06 which in a couple months went from a stock 505 hp to 505 rwph with just a couple mods and tune. Has anyone ever driven a 500 hp to the rear wheels car?

Thats is a sick ride. I have loved Corvettes ever since I knew what cars were, and someday I will have one, whether it's an old one, or a new Z06, it doesn't matter.

I took these pictures off of the net, just minus the hash marks on the drivers side fender. In other words the drivers side hash marks aren't stock. There were no choice in interior or exterior colours and there were only two options available in the 04 Z16 optioned Z06.
