Hi, I have a '95 Olds 88 with a 3800 series II engine, OBD I 120,000 miles on it.
My problem is that the dealer and auto shops, say I have a EGR code and keep replacing the EGR.(3 times now!) I still get the check engine light on and now the car has developed a miss/hesitation .
Does anyone have any other suggestions on what the problem could be?
Thanks! Kevin

Can you get the specific code numbers? Many autopart stores will scan your car. Tell them it's a GM OBD 1/2 car. It'll require a special scanner/cable combo.
