Series II Evap Canister

Post by c0rsa180 »

Hey guys, my 96 bonneville was in a front end collision and the evap canister was cracked and now needs to be replaced. I found a replacement canister which I think will work but it is for a supercharged series II, and I have the non supercharged version. I was wondering if the EVAP canisters are the same for both models?

Oh and I was a member of the previous bonneville club a while back and recently joined this one, its good to be back...

Welcome back to the forums. I would think that the evap canisters are the same regardless. I'm sure someone else will chime in with a more positive answer.

I'm hoping they are the same, but I'm just wondering if anyone with more experience than myself would be able to give a more definitive answer

From what I have found, it is the same. Do you happen to know what year car you are pulling it from?
