new pics a few posts down \/ \/ \/

Only have two cell phone pics for now, I have to tear this house apart and find my digital camera. The rims look brownish in the second pic but they are a gunmetal color

gotta be honest, not diggin them.
with the chrome trim around your car it just seems to be missing something.

I know what you mean, my brother said the same thing. They were the factory color before but after I got my windows tinted...I just felt the bright silver stood out too much so I finally gave in and painted them. Ive thought about blacking out the chrome trim, but I have a feeling that if I did that the headlight and fog lights would stick out a lot. I think they look better in gunmetal personally though, Ill try and find my digi today and get some better pics tonight :)

i think its more of needing that chrome trim around the rims, like the stang rims in your siggy. to bad you didnt tape it off before you painted.

It looks like a lot of brake dust from those pics. Better lighting will help

Paint inside of headlights dark (not reflector), dark clear corners and paint the trim black it would look sweet.

I've always thought darm wheels blend in too much on dark cars. Totally depends on the shade, and how they catch the light though. Doesn't help that with normally offset wheels the wheel face is about a mile in from 1/4 panels of the car.

Not my deal. What happened to the Mustang wheels? Those looked good.

Seems like people either love em or hate em. I like them tho :) I just never liked the factory bright silver against my dark car and this was a cheap easy fix

I bent one of the mustang rims and ruined a tire last year when I smacked a curb. Couldnt find any bullitt rims for a decent price at the time and I needed tires ASAP for whatever rims I was gonna use. My dad and I went half half on tires and he didnt want to pay the extra $ for the bullitt tire size so I just ended up saying screw it, bought new tires for the 5 spokes. I actually just sold the other bullitt rims last week because I was sick of them collecting dust
