Yeah, I need a way of properly disabling another vehicle before they can hit and run before I can get my POS Iphone to take a picture of their license plate.

Yeah, dash cam is set up and rolling now.

Hit was dead center on the fender behind the rear wheel of a Suburban, so not a lot of structure on that end. Looks like the headlamp mount is loose now, and as far as I can tell only the fender was dented.

Dude swerved into my lane and expected me to get out of his way, then when he realized he hit me he cut across 4 lanes of traffic (nearly hitting everybody else in the process) and raced away down the shoulder to get off the freeway.

I bet it broke adjuster hardware.

I was thinking it was backed in to, not hit from the side.
