So those of you who have Bonneville without a sunroof do you have any pictures of under the headliner? Also can you push down where one would be and it pop? Mine does that which I feel is weird in my opinion but it is GM and they do weird things at times

I would guess that there is no roof brace where the sunroof would be to allow the factory to skin the roof either way without having to have two different body skeletons.

see thats what im thinking but with the way any auto manufacture works who knows. i dont wanna pull my headliner because its original and in amazing condition. i dont want to redo it so im not touching it lol

Year and Trim: 2004 GXP - plus a handful of other Bonnevilles

I don't have any pics, but I can tell you from experience. There is no support brace, you can pop the sheet metal down and it pops back up. The headliner is glued to the sheet metal with some cardboard support.

why would GM do something so dumb........ -shakes head- thanks for the replys! glad to find out its not broken in anyway. just annoying
