This will probably the funniest and scariest 5 of driving in my life.

This morning I went to the Belvidere DMV to get a replacement ID Card. Driver 25 mins there, take 30 mins to get itblah blah blah..... On my way back on Business 20 going about 60 a BEE crashes into my right arm and onto my shirt. If any of you know I have a bit of a phobia of things that sting (wasp, bee, etc.) and seeing it on my shirt was freaking me the heck out. So I'm looking between the bee waiting it to fly away.... And it rolls down my shirt and onto the floor mat.... THE EFFING BEE WAS DEAD ALL ALONG.

Gah! #-o At least the new Sonic is good and I have an ID again.... But I feel DUMB after that..... :bhuh:

Sounds like he had his arm out the window, and that's when it happened.

my right arm was on the steering wheel. It smacked into that arm. Maybe thats what killed the bee and caused me to freak out for a couple minutes.

Still kinda funny thinking that though. :bsnicker:

Heh... I got chased by a yellow jacket yesterday in a parking lot. I finally got him away from me, but I still managed to get one in the car at the stoplight and got stung. Or maybe he came back for revenge....

my nephew would have freeked. poor kid got stung on the neck while in a car in motion. he was about 9 years old, so now, whenever a bee/wasp type of bug comes near him he freeks out.

A long time back, I was heading down the road with some quickness, my hand on the sideview drivers mirror, and a bee impaled my knukle. Parts of it were squirming around under my skin and it was stuck to my hand. I was trying to shake it off, de-accelerate, and pull over without wrecking all at the same time. I managed to get the car stopped intact, but it was still bad trying to get a half-alive bee unstuck from under my skin. I had to use my key. Really bad. Needless to say I don't drive with any of my appendages hanging out the window anymore. [-X But it is easy to see how something like this can cuase major accidents. I don't see how you guys who use motorbikes without wearing equipment get away with it.

2 weeks ago I was at work driving in the passenger seat with my right arm out the window and a yellow jacket flew right up my arm sleeve.. got stung twice on the arm and then he decided to go into my shirt and then stung me 3 times on my side.. lets just say he didnt get out of my shirt alive but he got me good.. My arm was swollen, hot and itchy for a week wasnt fun.. and since then I dont drive with my arm out the window anymore..
