Hey all!

It's probably past time I started something here so that we can all start planning for our 4th annual SEBF this fall. So here we go:

First things first. In this thread we'll try to hash out the details of WHEN and WHERE, maybe some of the WHAT details. Once that's accomplished, I'l start a new thread for tracking those who can make it, and for details like WTH we're gonna do and when and what we're gonna eat (ya' know..grub details).

Unfortunately, this year I cannot have it based at my house due to a number of circumstances that preclude that from happening. Already, Don (Jr's3800) and Brad (sandrock) have stepped up to offer host services. So we're pretty close to solidifying the WHERE, we just have to work out the finer details.

I'm in as usual. This time around I actually have some vacation time to take, so I'll take a few days off around the event to assist in any way I can. (Don/Brad...once we have a handle on who's comming, I can load up on supplies at work for the event...Chicken, Ribs, Steaks, that kind of stuff.)

My sleepspace will be limited as I will only have one room available, and a couch or two. The backyard is fair game for those that want to rough it for a night or two.

As always, I can offer up an hour or so at the sim shop, provided there is time available. I can schedule it in once we get the dates finalized.

I also have an HP Tuner on hand with the entire 1997 model year for Bonnevilles unlocked. Mike, programming yours will be quick and easy as I have 1997 files already. If anyone else wants to tune theirs, PM me so we can see about getting some credits put together. Hopefully, by the time this meet happens, I should have the prototype 1994/1995 PCM OBD2 conversion ready. Now that I found that the connectors necessary to make this plug and play (mostly) are readily available at Wally World, I can move forward with it.

I also have here in the garage a largely intact 4t60e, courtesy of Aaron, that was originally going to be used for a core for a rebuild for Don. However, Don instead took the transmission I built for Jinx, so this trans can be used as a learning experience, should anyone want to learn how one of these things is put together.

Those dates work out ok for me...so if you want to set those dates in stone, lets do it.

SEBF is pretty much mandatory for Florida members, and we have lots of them...I know a good 3 0r 4 members joined up this past year alone. So, I'll start off with the list of those that will be there, and will more than likely be there.

Not sure... My up north Vacation may fall in that area.. I have too much going on at the moment to run up north really soon.. My original plans had me up there in August.. But thats not going to happen...

Would sometime in October work? Better weather for all? If we decide to do this in the later part of september I am sure I could get it worked out...

I have some spare room here, and plenty of parking space...

I talked to Marik the other day... He's dong ok BTW... Ha has moved into a house.. I'm sure I can call him and fill him in on the plans

Definitely like the idea of late October myself. Temps are cooler...and it offers me a greater chance of attending. I vote for the second dates.
