Hi guys, im new to the site and a first time bonneville owner, or even 3800 owner. And i have a little problem that is stumping me. During acceleration at about 2k rpm, i will get a hesitation, then it will continue accelerating just fine. It also has a slight intermitent miss during idle. I have visually checked plugs/wires. I have tested the TPS, and cleaned the MAF, and still have the problem. Also it will chug a little at lower rpm while cruising, but not very often, it doesnt seem low on power, and it is throwing an EVAP code. Any suggestions?

Will be checking coil packs tomorrow. and maybe pulling some plugs and wire to check them as well.

Sounds like it might be a coil issue, so you're on the right track with checking those out.

Yeah, i think it might be. I measured the resistance of each of the coils secondary windings. i got a reading of 5.0 on one, and 4.9 on the other two. I will measure the primary windings after work tomorrow.
