 Post subject: HUD and ECC staying On.

I'm not sure what's going on. After shutting the car off the ECC and HUD will stay on. What can cause this?

Now it's getting more weird...

Now the lamp monitor and compass will stay on after shutting the car off sometimes and the climate control display will flicker aswell.

I believe the BCM could be the culprit. Checked the ground wires, ignition cylinder wires, and the wires behind the radio and no luck there. Is the BCM a simple swap or is there any reprogramming that needs to be done?
