A shop can perform a load test on the battery and on the charging system and tell you if your alternator or battery are good or bad. Get this test performed. Autozone will test a battery and an alternator, but I believe they test it when the devices are out of your car. Either have a shop perform a load test, or pull the battery and alternator and take them to an Autozone to have them tested.
Also inspect your positive battery cable for corrosion. If there is corrosion on the terminals, slit back the insulation several inches and inspect the cable itself. If the cable is corroded along its length, replace it with a factory replacement cable. If it is not corroded, you can tape up the slit section with electrical tape.
Your symptoms are typical for either a dead/dying battery, bad alternator, or both.
