My 1995 SE rear suspension needs attention. You can push down and bounces easy. I hear the shock mounts jingke back there too. Can I get away with just shocks? Im sure the coil springs are factory. Any tips on r&r of these components.

You can get the rear KYBs rather cheaply right now at Rockauto (look under "SHOCKS").
Use the RA discount code found in the Pontiac Bonneville Club Vendor's forum and it's even less money.
Look under struts, too for other brands and shocks w/mounts.
Are you sure it's the mounts jingling?
If so, you'll need new mounts too.
As for tips, soak the bolts overnight with PBBlaster or Kroil.
21 years of crud buildup makes bolts harder to loosen.
If you don't mind investing in some very useful tools, a cordless impact wrench, like the 20V brushless motor extra torque version that Dewalt makes , plus a set of shallow and deep impact sockets will make working on your car a bit easier.
The regular version isn't nearly as strong.
Tekton makes surprisingly good and inexpensive impact sockets. You'll find them on Amazon.

Not sure its them. Would I have to replace the coil spring too plus shocks? I got my front 2 quick struts for 90 free shipping i would probably go back there

No need to replace the springs, unless the height of the car is too low.
Jingling noises make me wonder if you're hearing noise from the rear stabilizer bar links http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=3577665&cc=1247509&jsn=522&jsn=522

The terms shocks and struts are used interchangeably by forum members.

Be sure to read these 2 threads before changing out the shocks to save yourself some grief.
The first has some great tips on replacing the rear shocks

The second has valuable info on how to realign the rear wheels when changing the shocks, so you don't wear your rear tires out in record time
