Can anyone tell me how to remove the throttle cables from the throttle body on a Series II? I couldn't figure it out when I recently replaced the intake manifold so I had to carefully clean the trottle body while the cables were still attached, and that wasn't much fun.
Thanks.

Pull the throttle wide open, and then fish the cable out of the track/groove and then slip the end piece out.

Thanks, I'll do that the next time I need to remove the throttle body.
And maybe this info will help others who need to do that too.

You don't need to have the throttle body off to disconnect the cables. It only takes a few seconds once you figure out how to do it.
