Honestly One night going out and yada yada the interior lights will not shut off when driving or parked I do not see a door jam switch anywhere ,is it built into the latch how do you know which one is bad?.When I parked my 97 SE set the alarm "factory"they would stay on then go out .... :sad: not now ...... 7/3/10 Happy 4th to all :helpsmilie:

There's a switch that's activated by the latch & another that's activated by the door handle. We've seen the door handle switch go bad on other cars. You can try unplugging that switch or test the switches using the bong test.

Yada Yada I found out my headlight switch was bad --cured the problem yes and no Then the other day my courtesy lights keep staying on while I am driving. Door switches were fine I had it to a GM Dealer Any ideas .... :sad: 7/30/10

The sensors to the door handles kept the lights coming on disconnected them both front doors no more lights coming on down the road............Thanks for the input....Matt
