Hello, I have developed a horrible mis-fire and code P0303. Before I start throwing money at this 2001 SE, can you recommend a no cost route? It's worse when its humid or wet outside. I have read that it could be: Bad coil Bad plug Bad wire Bad ICM Thanks in advance. Lee |

first see if the wire boot is seated on the #3 cylinder properly - follow the wire from the coil that is marked 3 to find 3 cylinder and plug. |

You can always move the coils around and see if the misfire follows, same goes for similar length wires. |

I ohmed the wire on cylinder number 3 and it read infinity. Swapped it out and miss is gone. Thanks. |
