2000 Buick LeSabre Limited. I did a couple of quick searches but came up empty so need to ask a question. I have the bracket off and the wiring disconnected from the valve so the last item to remove is the vapor hose. How is the hose disconnected from the Vapor Canister Vent Solenoid?

These are the instructions for removal:

Raise the vehicle.
Bend the retaining tab of the EVAP canister vent valve.
Remove the valve from the bracket.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the EVAP canister vent valve.
Loosen the hose clamp and remove the hose from the EVAP vent valve.
Remove the EVAP canister vent valve from the vehicle.

OK but how do I disconnect the vent hose clamp. I have everything disconnected except for the hose and the hose has a type of plastic release clamp. The bracket is off the valve and off the car. If it were not for the hose clamp I would have it off the car. Is there a tool that is required to disengage the clamp or just technique? Thanks

The clamp is simply squeezed to release it.
The same is true of the clamps at the purge valve.
