I need to replace my inside sun shade on the sun roof.
I found one at LKQ in great shape.
I took it out by pulling down the headliner and cutting the track to get it out of the donor car.
I now need to swap onto my car.
What is the installation procedure to do this?
The headliner is in great shape so I do not want to touch that.

Search for the tutorial on replacing the headliner. You don't have to remove the headliner, but it explains how to remove the sun shade. Pretty sure you remove the 4 screws holding the glass in. After removing the glass there are 4 clips to release the sun shade.

maxi426 has it right.
The glass is removed to replace the sunroof shade.
There's no way to replace it otherwise.
Once you remove the sunroof glass removal of the old and replacement with the other is a breeze.
The sunroof glass is held in with 4 Torx screws.
Just make sure to reinstall the glass level and centered and you'll be golden.
