I have to replace the rotors on my 2000 ssei due to a warped rotor death wobble and figured I would upgrade them also. So what is the best upgrade to do? I would like to go with drilled and slotted rotors and semi metalic pads. I would also like to go with bigger disks and possibly two piston calipers.

There are no bolt on kits. There is the option for upgrading to the GXP brakes if you can find the parts.

As for brakes and rotors to use, you will get as many responses as you would if you asked which brand oil to use.

My suggestion is to go with a quality pad and rotor based upon the budget you have. I am running Power slot rotors and Hawk pads and like them a lot. Some have run the Duralast from Auto zone. You can also find pretty good deals on Ebay for rotor and pads together. I personally prefer pads that are not going to dust a lot.

I have been diggin around the net on the gxp break upgrade. They are 1" larger in diameter and the break pads are bigger also by quite a bit. Plus the dual piston aluminum calipers.

I think you will be happy with just going to RockAuto.com and ordering some premium HP Delco drilled and slotted performance discs like I did. Go to Napa and buy their best ceramic pads.
