Year and Trim: 2003 Silver SLE

I have a new-to-me 2003 SLE with the heated leather seats. Hit the switch on the passenger seat----- HI no problem, LO no problem. Hit the switch on the drivers side---the HI light blinks twice and then goes out. Anyone have this problem? Have a fix?

Thanks in advance for any advice/help offered on this.
