Year and Trim: 2000 SSEi SC

Well I was on my way to replacing my throttle position sensor, but I don't know what tool is needed to take off the 2 screws or whatever holding the TPS in place. They are also pretty rusty/corroded. I tried with pliers, but couldn't get them off.
