I installed a aftermarket radio in my friends car for him and noticed the ignition power wire for the radio is dead so couldn't finish the install. Checked all the fuses in the rear and engine compartment, everything looks good. For some odd reason this car has 2 constant power wires and they both work, just the switch power wire is dead. Is there any issue's with these cars and this??

I installed a pioneer deck in my 03 Bonneville, I noticed that too... I plugged mine into the lights.. so... I burned out my fogs real fast. I been driving without them for awhile but leave em on in order to run the stereo. I spent a while trying to figure it out.. there's 2 12v constants, then the lights. That's the only 3 hot wires there are.

This post should be in another thread though.

It's a really weird issue. I'm not sure what to do in this situation as my friends dash is still all apart and I'd like to finish it up. Anyone have the schematic of the wiring for the radio available?

Ended up fixing it, not sure what I did though. All I did was push the ribbon connector onto the ribbon cable a little and the power came back. Not a REAL fix but does tell you that the ribbon cable is probably the source of the issue.
