hola mis amigos. lol anyway, i have a certain issue many of you may be puzzled to. PROBLEM: when i come home for lunch break in the middle of the night, i will begin to pull out of the parking lot directly onto a road of 45 mph. Its not busy at the time thank god. Anyway when i begin to pull out and hit the gas my car bogs down, rpm's drop, and this gets worse with the amount the gas pedal is pushed. The car will do this for i'd say 6 to 7 seconds, then all of a sudden i will hear literally a WHOOSH of water in the engine area (the car made tis same whoosh noise about 6 years ago for a while but stopped completely until now) and the car will jump up to horsepower and everything will be peachy. This only happens if the car sits 5 or 6 + hours without being driven. After i get off work 3 hours later, and throughout the rest of the day the car runs fine because its constantly being driven. Now i do have my MAF sensor unplugged because the MAF does not work. I think i can account the bogging for that. But my issue is the whoosh of liquid somewhere in the engine. any help about this issue or issues would be amazing. thanks so much for reading this long long story lol

Replace your MAF first of all. Second, are your serpentine belt and pulleys in good shape?

Learn from the mistakes of others, that way when you mess up you can do so in new and interesting ways.

You have been told multiple times, in multiple threads, by multiple people that you need to replace your MAF before doing anymore troubleshooting. You are cluttering the board, don't post about this problem anymore until you have replaced the MAF.

I'm locking this.
