wiper arm removel

I would like to remove my wiper arms and repaint them as alot of the paint is gone. Do i need s special pullet once the nut has been removed?

Some have used a small three jaw puller, I have always just wrestled them until they pop off.

Once the nut is off, just push down and pull up on them, but do NOT twist them. Push, pull, push, pull, etc...
