If your looking for the air-mix actuator for adjusting the temperature, it's this one.

I took off the air mix activator and manually twisted the door and I now have heat. I then opened the actuator and applied current to the motor and it turned, reversed the leads and it went the other direction. I am guessing that the actuator is not getting any current from the temperature dial on the dash. Do I need to find a used heater/ac control?

Did you get a new control unit to solve the problem?

Nope, did not solve the problem. I am starting over with the ac. The compressor was not turning so we figured maybe the ac pressure switch (3 wire) and replaced it. No good. Going to recheck the 134a. Which actuators would control letting the ac in?

2002 Bonneville dual zone and am looking for the air mix actuator, it's failed and I only have a bit of heat on drivers and pass is blowing cold as hell. For now I just want to manually move it to full heat for the winter. In the spring I will look into the issue.

The image posted above no longer works as this thread is very old. Could someone shoot me a picture of which one I need to go after?

Thanks!
