Is there a way to speak to a live person at Rock Auto?

The only # I can find is 866-762-5288 and only recordings.

I ordered part #10448575 Thursday and all it shows is order still in warehouse A.

When I call 866-762-5288 or 608-661-1376 I hear the same robo recordings that all tell you to go to Rockauto.com.

I have been calling both numbers and punching all combination of numbers with the same result no live person.

Sent them an email at service@rockauto.com and got one robo reply.

I had no problem getting a live person. Sometimes there is a long wait, but when I did get a rep, they've always been extremely helpful.

I called each phone number several times this morning and tried every option that was offered. None of the options was wait and a service rep will be with you shortly. I even tried punching in numbers in the option if you know the extension number enter it now.

It took Rock Auto from noon Thursday to 3 PM Monday to ship one GM motor mount that they showed in stock. On Friday the order status said the order was shipped Friday afternoon and would arrive next Wednesday. Then Monday morning all the order status said was order was in warehouse A with nothing-about shipping or delivery dates.

After finally after sending two e-mail’s Monday morning asking them to cancel the order if they don’t have the part. RA then sent a shipping confirmation email at 12 noon but Fedex shows they did not pick up the package till 3 PM. Hopefully I will receive a genuine GM motor mount someday.

You may have caught them short staffed due to the holiday. I've had to call before, and didn't have any issues getting a person after the first menu.
