does anyone know where i can find the gxp carbon fiber interior trim? do i have to go through a dealership?

Best bet would be a junkyard that specializes in newer models, or Morad parts company. You'd spend upwards of $2000-3000 in just those pieces alone from a dealer. Not worth it. Keep an eye on e-bay and craigslist, as well.

I'd check with Morad first. Most times they'll have them together, and not sell them separately.
