As part of my 4t65 swap I would like to change the radiator at this same time. The current core is heavily corroded right now. I would like to keep the function of the level sendor an would like to use a oem part. My quetion is for this generation, was there any larger ones I could get? Or should I just get a 96 SSEI raditor?

I think my 96 had a 1/2 inch to 1 inch rad-- didnt look like there was much more room for a larger core rad if you have a/c

If you want to go completely nuts and have a 1.75" thick core, loose the level sender, probably need adapter fittings, and space out your fans a few mm, you can get an all aluminum radiator for an eldorado off ebay.

I'm pretty sure that's the same one I have in my 95 but I have no idea what the fitting sizes are since I'm not using them.
