Got to ride in a 94 SSEi and went over 100 mph

Post by 2000Silverbullet »

Went the speed limit in the Bonne but the plane I rode on went over 100!

John traded me a ride to Victoria to deliver a care package to my son today. Picked my up in his plane and then drove me down Island in those cushy AL-7's.
That Bonne is in really nice shape and the paint is perfect!

Missing an exhaust tip but he has the tails tinted already. =D>

What would normally take me a full day to drive to had me back home before dinner.

Thanks John. =D>
The green trunk spring, wine and salmon is a small payment in comparison to your generosity.

Chynna left this morning just before I boarded John's rides. Back to Alberta with 4 new Pontiac wheels for her 94 SSEi's winter tires. In all the excitement I missed taking a pic of them but they are 5 spoke Grand Prix rims in very good condition for only $150.

It was a fun trip there and back but delivering the package wasn't!

Found my son living in a mouse invested, water leaking, empty beer cans, dirty dishes and clothes everywhere, condo apartment. Don't want to tell you what the bathroom looked like, but it resembled the kitchen. :eek2: Only his room was neat. He lives with three other boys who were at work. I had to dodge about 10 mouse traps stewn about the floors.

He had $1.25 in his bank account and when he tried to confirm in the Instant-teller machine, it ate his card. Cost me $200 to get it back. :angry7:
Took him to get groceries and cleaning chit and it cost me another $200.

His internet was down and his phone was out of minutes. He was out of contact solution and deoderant........another $50. :angry7:

I almost ran out of his apartment and said goodbye rather quickly. Don't think I'll be visiting for a quite a while.
I can't afford to!!

I'm such a sucker for a hug and sob stories. :angry7:

On the upside.....
I guess I'm stuck with two Jeeps and will have a choice between driving a 4 speed auto or a 5 speed stick this winter. :)
..and I don't have to worry about a second driver cause she lost her driving foot!

There are many Bonnies over here, mainly late 90's, for sale. I might just post some picks with #'s. Also, there is a salvage yard with a ton of Bonnie and La Sabre parts. I will let you know.
:beerchug: cheers

Thanks John.

Trunk spring goes in tomorrow. Salmon made a GREAT tasting lunch today, and the wine is ............................... doing a good job. More on that at another time.
