problem with the GP's dash lights

no lights come on other than the radio, wich is aftermarket. the car came like that when I got it, so I dont have an idea of how it happened. or where to start looking.

Start by checking fuses if you didn't already... Also, make sure the dimmer switch isn't turned down.. When I first got my GP GT, at night I didn't have any lights either. the dimmer switch had been turned off.. Other then that, maybe bulbs are bad or theres a short somewhere?
