(too good to pass up) 5K below fair condition book and it was pretty cherry..
It's an SR5 model with the 2RZ engine / 5 speed manual that's loaded with everything but power mirrors.

I wanted a dependable daily driver that was decent on fuel and it's pretty consistent at 29mpg..
Since I've owned it I've had to do a water pump, clutch and a starter.. that's it..
The nippendenso starters never go bad, It's just the contacts that go out, so a trip to fleet farm and $15 bucks later I was good for another 120K
I hate chrome, so thats the first round of things I couldn't leave alone..

Engine.. a while ago.. (but out in California) it's pretty much stock now..
I got an offer for my setup at just the right time and off it came..

Suspension;
I'm using adjustable QA1 coilovers designed for a 1967-1969 Chevy Camaro up front with a 8" 565lb linear rate spring..
4x4 Tacoma leaf springs because they have less of an arch to them w/blocks out back (temporary)with explorer pro comp toxic shocks..
17x8 +22 A-Tek Competition wheels (12.5lbs) with yokohama skins.. less than $200 per wheel..
I'm going to 4 link the rear end on coilovers and have a airbag helper setup on the
upper 4 links to aid with towing/hauling because it still gets abused like a truck..
Retrofitted the stock tails with circuit boards with full LED's..
I didn't really get many pics of the process tho..

testing without the lenses on the housings

test video to show others..
I also figured out what the issue was after getting a hold of a FSM wiring diagram..

I modded the stock headlights for a projection bi-xenon HID setup.. very simple.. almost plug and play!
If your not using a projection lens with HID's, your just scattering light where it shouldn't be..
Attracting my attention isn't a good thing and I'm not the person who's attention ANYBODY wants in my line of work..
The HID setup may be of some use to the collective here because of how simple it is to mount up..
There is absolutely no cutting, jb welding, trial and error aiming with nuts and washers (none of that).. easy stuff..

remember, I hate chrome..

don't mind the valance, hit a raccoon on the freeway

This setup uses a standard Phillips 4300K D2S bulb.. Acura/BMW/Lexus, ect.
lows

highs

cost me right around $150...more on that later if anyone's interested.
how it's currently sittin now.. I plain on repainting my lower valance the same way I once had it..

It currently has 157k on it..
feel free to shoot some feedback.. good or bad, I have tough internet skin..
