Alternative that I'm not sure why Gordy didn't get in the first place.

*Puppy dog eyes* I spent a week or so on that :laughing3:

It's not something that is NECESSARY or functional even...because we obviously have a clock on our desktop. However, I think it fits in with the general theme and look of the portal, and it wouldn't look right without it. Plus, it's a PONTIAC clock..lol.

Eh...I have a watch similar to this (no numbers), so I'm used to it. But it DOES take awhile to get used to telling time on a numberless face.

Ok -
What if I put a small digital clock near the middle of it, like some watches have?

Speaking of the clock...thanks for leaving your /flash/ directory unsecure, and allowing me to steal the .swf lol. I've created an installable screensaver from the flash. Now my screensaver is your flash file!

Heh...add something like PontiacBonnevilleClub.com to the bottom, and I'll create a real nice installer for it. If Gordy approves, it'll be our first Pontiac Bonneville Club.com screensaver :-D

That would be pretty cool.. except with a full scale clock like that I think i'd add in a digital.

Exactly. And, as a matter of fact, my bookmark takes me right to the forums. The portal adds no value, IMHO.

I voted to keep it there, as it could be a quick reference for some to confirm they have their time settings correct. However, I'd like to see the hour and minute hands red, and the second hand gray.

I go straight to the forum, I understand the need for a portal when you have a gallery, and have to pay dues, etc. Clocks are in every part of life, no need to waste bandwidth on this one..
