Don't unbolt the strut. You remove the axle nut..pry down on the lower control arm to pop the ball joint w/o hurting the grease boot and then pull back on the strut/knuckle to pull the axle out. Then pop the axle out of the transmission (remember..drain fluid first). From there it's unbolt the dogbo...

I can understand how some think it may fit. From the pictures you have it looks like it should fit.

Can you please take a pic of the connector near the one on the car.

Have you checked the wiring while sitting still and having someone wiggle the wires on the car side, maybe you have a short?

Diff is nice and easy to get compared to removing the entire trans.

Pull the ps axle and remove the 4 bolts holding the cover on the trans.

ps..drain fluid first..

Another way to test would be with a standard test light. Hook one end to power from the battery and then probe the ground side wire to the connector while a friend cranks the engine. You should see pulsing. The FI circuit is powered at ignition on and receives the toggle from the pcm through the gro...

It would be doubtful that Rockauto would have a bunch of Delco boxes around and were restuffing them with Denso sensors. Agrazela probably hit the nail with the suggestion of GM changing suppliers.

I'm pretty sure you could find a set of them locally at Intense. IIRC they sell them to upgrade to other injectors from the older style like Haro's picture.

If you continue to have an oil leak on a Series 2, it may be the bolts on the rear engine cover have loosened over time. It will look like a pan leak originating as seepage by the trans (driver side). Frequently they don't drip, only seep and a wipe at each oil change takes care of the problem until...

If the line appears overly rusted you may find the fitting on the line will try to round with everything including a flare wrench. Something I have found helpful is a good pair of vise grips on the fitting, cresent wrench on the filter...and turn the filter while holding the vise grips still. This w...
