Check both lines to the battery. Pull back the plastic and really check for any corrosion.

The starter is held on by 2 large bolts from the bottom.

If they repaint the hood only, the bumper/grill area will really look bad!

you have to ATTEND the meet in Oregon to get these shirts.

nice write up! when you say that the parallel park assist never worked, do you mean not even a little bit? The problem myself and others have is that the mirrow goes down, but never makes it up. You have to manually adjust it back to the correct position. -> http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/foru...

for a 95 Bonneville:

FSM shows it under the passenger side foot hush panel, inside the car. You need to remove the hush panel to access it.

1. Turn the key to the ON position
2. Using the DIC buttons, press MODE
3. At Personal Programming, press SELECT until you get to "TILT MIRRORS"
4. At "TILT MIRRORS" press MODE and it should change to "OFF"
5. Press SELECT to get out of the menu.

It can't be jumpered.

It can't be read at Autozone.

It's an OBD1 PCM with OBD2 codes and connector.
