You either have a poor connection on the terminal L signal, or your alternator is intermittently failing. When the ignition switch is placed in the RUN position, voltage is supplied to generator terminal L by the PCM, turning on the regulator. The generator's voltage regulator controls current to th...

Have you verified this with a meter and not just the instrument cluster? The cluster gauge is horribly inaccurate.

Have you had the alternator tested?

Are you seeing the lights dim?

If you are using a meter, what kind of voltage are you seeing? and how much dip?

Fuel at the rail is good, but injectors might not be firing.

Pull the plugs and see if they are wet with fuel. Maybe do a compression test while you have them out.

Anything on ebay will be a HOT air intake, all junk. ZZP doesn't make anything for your 98 SSEi, but INTENSE-Racing does. INTENSE Fender Well Intake (FWI) is always the best option https://intense-racing.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Session_ID=af92605cddf763012780254e82a18f13&Screen=PROD&Store...

1 cat, mounted at the bottom of the downpipe. It has a rectangular flange on the front side with 4 bolts. It's pretty easy to see if you just look under the car. The rear of the cat must be welded in if you're getting it replaced. https://static.summitracing.com/global/images/prod/xlarge/wlk-16386_i...

Step 1 is determining if this is a fuel or spark issue. Fuel: Do you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail? Remove the black plastic cap from the Schrader valve and depress the valve with something small and be the judge of how much pressure is there. Does it spray out or just trickle? Watch your eyes...

The seal makes them stick in there very tight. After releasing (or breaking) the 2 tabs and then removing the single 10mm bolt/bracket, you'll need to push inward on the lens, while rocking the assembly up and down.

I do have them available if you need one.

It's LED, I'm 99% sure that its not burnt out. You probably have a broken wire in the trunk hinge area. Check to see if you have power and ground at that connector while pressing the brake pedal.

Used ones are plug and play
New ones need to be programmed (I don't think you could find a new cluster if you tried)

He did good work for you. You probably have a bad cluster as they are a common failure point. Pull the cluster and check if the draw is gone.

Just as a gee-whiz interestment, my brother-in-law is a long-time engineer for a company that built interiors on many cars including Bonnevilles. They told GM the glue they wanted to use was crap, but GM made them use it anyway. The glue isn't the problem at all. It's the foam backing on the headli...

OEM sunroof switch is integrated into the upper console. OEM sunroof has the edges of the roof panel rolled over. The rubber seal around the glass seals up against the painted surface of the roof panel. Aftermarket sunroofs would have an additional seal. This post is old and the pictures only work i...

That is not factory. Looks like someone added it, probably trying to manually engage the compressor clutch. Remove it and tidy up those wires. If you need a new pigtail, I have one available.

Nothing is readily available, it would be a custom job. You can order custom lowering springs from Coil Spring Specialities. When I ordered mine 10+ years ago they were $450 shipped.

If you're trying to achieve a near OEM look or even make it looks somewhat good, good luck. I've tried silicone, epoxy, super glue, etc...never looks good.

If its just starting to delaminate you can use clear silicone across the top edge to keep water from entering, but that's about it.

OP said he had ZZP tune it out, not an option for your Suburban. You could do it with HP tuners though. However 1 minute of research tells me your 2010 Suburban would not be PK3, it would be the + system. Your confusion tells me there are problem other issues at hand, like wrong blank. A simple lock...
