I think most 95 FE1 bonneville used a 30mm sway bar in the front..

Some guys like to upgrade to the 32mm front bar and 22mm rear bar..

You actually have an Option Code H4U( SLE Option Package ).. Look on the spare tire cover for the RPO tag.. You should have H4U, if you don't have H4U look for 1SD( H4U can be part of the 1SD package ).. And you had to have the SLE package to be able to check off the L67 Supercharged option on the S...

I have had a Large Trans Cooler on this car for most of its life.. Temps ran about 160F in the trans after that cooler... Its seems that keeping a 60E cooler really does it a lot of justice.. The Input/Second, Third and 4th clutches were all in good shape for the miles.. I have a couple of spots tha...

Also just to note R134a is a fickle beast... If its a tad low it wont function properly, if its a tad over charged it won't function properly.. Its not as forgiving as R12..

Is the compressor and its related parts all original?

I have a 3.06 4t60-E from a 1996 Bonneville. According to this article, "They used this same fine pitch gear set for the final drives of all 1996-newer 4T60-E’s as well as for all 4T65-E’s." So since my 4t60-HD is a '96 and my Donor trans is a 1996 4T60E It may actually work.. ? No. The 4...

There is a single wire sensor for the dash that lives above the exhaust manifold crossover and below the throttle body.. Is this the one you replaced?

Its normal for this generation of Bonneville to start at 14v and drop to 13v warmed up.. Below 13v for a moment is normal as well when the system is loaded... Below 13 for any length could signify a problem.

Hmm.. If the 4T60E's you have were either a 2.84 or 3.06 ratio the HD 96 Diff will not fit in the trans due to the pitch of the ring gear and the pinions... The HD 96 trans used the same diff as the HD 4T65E.. so short answer is that you will not be able to swap Diffs into the Light Duty 4T60E.. How...

Do not use the SC axle... Find one for the FW2 3.06 ratio..

Do stick around Don... I still have my bonnevilles, but I know one of these days I will have to let go.. My van is getting to be that way as well.. They don't have the body rot being FL cars, but the miles have taken their toll..

I would love to have that Formula tho...lol
