You cannot use an oil pressure sender for fuel. It won't hold up to the solvents in the fuel.
Adding a fuel pressure gauge will do nothing for you unless your'e running an AFPR like I am. |

Before I was thinking the rubber was in between the front and rear HB faces and I couldn't find it. The Rubber is in tact on the front face with no deterioration or cracks. No doubt about it tho... |

| I've been using most of these tricks since my F4 Phantom days. Many of the fasteners were 'blind', and required a mirror and a tool, leaving no hand free to hold the fastener. Even a small piece of tape over one of the 'flats' of the socket will be enough to hold one of Ed's tiny nuts. |

| Even the SSIC would allow you to drop a couple tenths on the pulley diameter. My custom 1-off home built intercooler on the ZiLLA was designed to be about 80% of the SSIC efficiency, and I dropped from a 2.55 to a 2.0 with no problems, and that's with the M62 creating more heat than the M90 does. |

| With the belt off, the HB should not turn BY HAND. Don't expect rocket science. It should be rigid. Visually inspect the face of it for cracks in the rubber around the outer perimeter just under the edge of the belt grooves. This is a 5-minute diagnosis that should have been done a month ago. |

| I'm the author of that website, and I put quite a bit of research into it. Research I've never seen done before. You should be even more concerned about replacing the UIM with a Dorman or APN unit, and installing aluminum-framed LIM gaskets. |

Sorry to say, even if they 'pumped them up' in the rear and cut the system, it would never stay that way without the ELC system working for more than 2 days at the most. | That is incorrect. In 92 and 93, it's a mechanical cable. Later years were an electric motor. Go play with yours. You can actually feel it pulling on the HUD when you adjust it. If yours is truly electrical, it was replaced at some time in the past with a HUD from a newer car. Most Bonnevilles don't... |

DIC first. A short would likely blow a fuse. You have an intermittent connection. Remove the cluster, disassemble it board by board (carefully) and put it back together. That will probably do it.
While it's out, you can inspect the mechanical cable between the adjust lever and HUD. |
