My drivers door started acting funny this year. It won't work until I start the car. Other 3 will work when I put key to accessory. It does work after turning car off before I open the door. I'm thinking a faulty door control module?

Welcome to the site! There may be a few members who have rebuilt their transmissions while others get them professionally beefed up. All depends on if your going to mod or just keep it running smooth.

The intake was supposed to be the upgraded one. I had the stovepipe but I just dropped a Dorman on today and the Plenum was totally different. Much beefier. My old Dorman looked totally different from new one. Must have gotten a dud.

Per your second question, I also get that when turning and accelerating. One aftermarket, one original transaxle. Interested to see what you find.

I know it's just the gasket but at the same time I don't think it would fail unless the manifold is warped. I wish the aluminum manifold was a direct bolt on mod.

Well I'm assuming you put a new gasket on each time you took it off so you most likely won't have any problems unless you don't have a reason to take it off for awhile. Idk why is leaking. Got them working again. Not quite sure what you mean by 3 slots for it I only saw the one with only two holes.

Map sensor/pcv valve? Air filter?
Reset the pcm by disconnecting battery for 10 mins.
Clogged/restricted cat?
