where can i find the oxygen sensor on a '98 SE?

I am having a problem with my '98 SE. I am overheating and loosing coolant from my cooling system. It appears to be overflowing from the overflow. I have not been able to detect any leaks in the radiator, have replaced the thermostat and all hoses. I do not loose alot of coolant over a weeks time ...
