Turn around on a pcm is not too bad, you will only be without your car for a few days and will save a few bucks.

The level 2 kit will improve the pep in your L36 for sure.
Not sure about super charging in the future as this is more than a pcm tune and a new intake bolt on, but thats another subject.

Look at your vacuum lines, sounds like the one at the rear of the intake manifold came off or the one under the super charger nose.

I had a similar windshield fiasco a few years back, except the used a 'generic' windshield moulding that did not match the car and broke off piece by piece revealing the brass support embedded in the mouding itself.

Thankfully early this summer the windshield took a foul ball at the local baseball ...

The spacer would help in a heat soaked engine cruising around town.
The short bursts at the track is on a cool engine so the engine cooling system would help cool the rapidly spinning super charger.
Too many back to back runs at the track and this effect is lost as well.

Well with work issues on Wednesday night I had to go back in Thursday and finish up the sub station.
I got home from work around 1:30am and am not up to the 10 hour drive, I wont be making it this year :sad:

Yes, first test the coils, they are probably ok.
Even new wires can cause the issues your describing, check them too.
When was the last time you changed the plugs?

In the past we a total group shot and then they left and we stayed behind for an extra b'vers only pic.
This does take time to setup and I think a bit of a map with general layout would be nice.
You kinda need 3 people or more with radios to direct the flow and place the cars.

What size of cable are you powering the amp with?
Also the ground wire size and is it a good secure connection to the frame or similar?

Aside from that you may want to add a capacitor?
