sub and amp install pplus one other question
I am getting ready to install my old 12" subs into my trunk and install my amp as well. I am looking at being lazy and make it as easy as possible. Want to get your input on placement of amp. I would rather make things easier on me and put the amp under the passenger seat but have not even got out ...

Re: Need some help with my setup. ADVICE
I am by no means an install expert for stereos but I just did one on my 96 ssei and it was way easier than any other I have done before. I bought the deck from craigstlist(jvc) for $85 and the harness from walmart for $8 and the dash kit from car toys for $25. There was no problems what so ever. IF ...

Re: no pressure in my coolant hose.
ahh, duh. That makes sense. The reservoir does fill up and would also explain why there are no leaks when it is pressureized. Thanks. I will put a new one on tomorrow and see if it makes a difference.

no pressure in my coolant hose.
Ok, first off I gotta say, I bought this car looking for a beater with a heater and it is anything but that. Got my hooks into a 96 ssei with 137,000 miles for only $1,000. Gave my buddy who is a great mechanic $500 to give it a good once over and replace the driver side front wheel bearing, flush ...

Re: Hey guys, I need your honest opinion
$1200, i was looking at craigslist and seeing nothing but crap on there for the same price and I at least know this person. She knows nothing abnout cars but at least changes the oil. Ya, I have turned a wrench. Maybe not a lot but I have not been afraid to lean in the past.

Hey guys, I need your honest opinion
Very excited to be hopefully purchasing a 96 bonneville SSEi in the morning. I drove it tonight and it seems ok. There are a few issues with it and would like your input since you are experts at the car compared to me. First off is the ps pump is cracked and needs replaced. I see them refurbished ...
