It is possible to leave them in there, but you'll probably damage your headliner trying to remove it.

Some plastic part of the track assembly is broken, jamming it up. There is no fix other than replacement of the entire assembly, which requires removal of the headliner, interior trim and likely the seats.

It's pretty common for the lines to rub a hole where they are clipped onto the body about 12" from the shock. I'd also replace the shocks if there is any bounce in the rear end. Currently $43 on Amazon: https://amazon.com/dp/B000C55T7W/

Faulty ignition coils are the most common reason for a misfire on the Northstar.

As far as the injector o-rings, shop around:
Would have cost you $22 for AC Delco on Amazon: https://amazon.com/dp/B001NZX4SQ/
Would have cost you $16 for Felpro on Amazon: https://amazon.com/dp/B000C2CFE0/

I use paint from www.automotivetouchup.com, been really happy with them. What is your paint code? Metallics are harder to match.

Many years ago I was working on a customers car that was having intermittent issues with the radio/climate controls at the same time as ABS/Trac problems. It turned out to be a loose ground on the transmission after there was some work done. If those grounds are still good, the next thing I'd check ...

You need a name brand Heavy Metal catalysis, he probably put in a cheap Chinese piece of junk and charged you for a good one.

I recommend the Magnaflow 99306HM (around $100 online), I install them on all my project cars, never had them throw a code.
