1,2 = replace the radiator before diagnosing any overheating issues Best way to fill the cooling system is to remove the thermostat housing & thermostat and fill coolant at the radiator until it comes up to the level of the thermostat. Then install the thermostat and housing and continue to fill... |

You will need a special tool for the fuel line disconnect: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093ZTFGRK
If you're unsure, take pictures of every step along the way. Label all your bolts/fasteners.

The only symptom of a leaking valve cover gasket would be smelling oil as burns on the exhaust manifold. It is NOT causing your issues with brakes or AC, 100%. It is not a difficult job and its really not that different being supercharged. You DO have to remove everything in your way. All the bracke... |

It doesn't look like you're making it to the stop on the linkage. It's hard to tell in your video what is holding it back. Have you taken off the intake ducting to physically look at the throttle plate?
Here is a video I made showing how much rotation there should be. https://youtu.be/tc6Mrcxcfng |

Likely two separate issues, do you have any codes? 1. Leaking fuel pressure regulator causing fuel to flood the vacuum lines basically flooding itself out. Check for any wetness in the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator. 2. Could be many things causing it to misfire and as soon as it sees a... |

If there was recent work done, I'd physically check the throttle body and cable for issues. Can you open the TB all the way by hand? If it only shows 40% when you have it all the way open, replace the TPS. |

You need to address the vacuum leak before any further diagnosing. It will probably take care of the issue as I can hear it whistling. Best way to fill the cooling system is to remove the thermostat housing & thermostat and fill coolant at the radiator until it comes up to the level of the therm... |

Do you have spark? Are you sure the plug wires on correctly? Did you forgot the ground that bolts to the front head by the coolant elbows? No, a little vacuum leak wouldn't cause a no-start. https://www.gmforum.com/attachments/2000-2005-90/66887d1501344018-firing-order-yes-i-am-idiot-wires.jpg |

Rotors look great, coating is still intact. Normal for them to be dirty like that. There are no rotational score marks. Clean off a little of the grim. If they are shiny metal, that means the coating is gone. If they are gray, the teflon coating is there. |

I agree with replacing those plastic pulleys with some new metal ones to help with the noise deduction and also to make it more reliable. Those plastic pulleys are known to grenade when the bearings start to get warm. The supercharger will have some resistance to it, hard to convey how much over the... |

The whining noise is definitely coming from something belt driven. To eliminate the SC, just take off the SC belt. If the noise goes away, spin all the pulleys by hand to see if any of them feel rough or wobbly. If the noise doesn't go away, move on to the serpentine belt, remove it and spin the pul... |

I'm not close, but I have plenty of SSEi's. However, I'm curious...what is the point of this study on a 24 year old car? The peak of aftermarket, well that ship has sailed. Who wants this data and why? |

Yes it sounds like you are on the right track. If you have an audible hissing sounds it should be pretty easy to use your ear to find it. |

What is the MAP sensor DTC you are getting? So the MAP sensor and the MAF sensor work in unison. If either one is not functioning properly it will use the other to determine the fueling tune. Disconnect the battery and touch the terminals together to clear out any memory in the computer, install the... |

Good to hear it was a simple fix.
All of my local parts stores would definitely have the Bonneville rear wheel hub in stock. Might be a region thing, there are a ton of them around here. |
