Once you remove the airbox and the upper radiator support brace with the 4-15mm bolts, you'll have lots of room to do the job. The fans are just 2-10mm bots and the condenser is also 2-10mm bolts. Burping the coolant system will be the most challenging part.

I remember it being similar to a #194 bulb, and then its delivered via a fiber optical tube thing.

After removing the shifter knob, remove 2 screws in the ash tray and then the whole assembly pivots up.

A Bonneville SE isn't really considered a luxury car, but it will certainly be closer to that status after having door panels.

I have all the parts you could need. I'm located in MN, where are you?

Random security problems when it's cold out is a common Bonneville problem. I don't have any answers for you though.

They are always stretched out. I tried a couple different ones from my standard o-ring kit and got one to work. I'm assuming you have the vacuum tree, just grab some and start test fitting...

I'm using the Techline ESI and I see nothing of the C101 connector end view. I've attached the Engine Controls Connector End Views.

Yes they are different because the SSEi has a bigger differential and larger diameter axle.

Driver sides are fully interchangeable. Passenger side is not.

Get a scantool that can properly read the body codes. A regular code reader will not do it. You're only throwing the parts cannon until you get the code.

For the 5-10 minutes it takes to remove the seats, you'll save that time in trying to get it out undamaged.

It is possible to leave them in there, but you'll probably damage your headliner trying to remove it.

Some plastic part of the track assembly is broken, jamming it up. There is no fix other than replacement of the entire assembly, which requires removal of the headliner, interior trim and likely the seats.

It's pretty common for the lines to rub a hole where they are clipped onto the body about 12" from the shock. I'd also replace the shocks if there is any bounce in the rear end. Currently $43 on Amazon: https://amazon.com/dp/B000C55T7W/

Faulty ignition coils are the most common reason for a misfire on the Northstar.

As far as the injector o-rings, shop around:
Would have cost you $22 for AC Delco on Amazon: https://amazon.com/dp/B001NZX4SQ/
Would have cost you $16 for Felpro on Amazon: https://amazon.com/dp/B000C2CFE0/

It turned out to be a loose ground on the transmission after there was some work done. If those grounds are still good, the next thing I'd check ...
