| It would still give out codes even if it had a C1214 (internal relay failed). If he was unable to communicate with the EBCM, you need to check power and grounds first to make sure the module is able to power up. Used ones are plug and play, only new ones (no longer available) would need to be progra... |

| Whoever "checked" the wheel speed sensors would have been able to tell you what chassis codes there are. C1214 is a bad EBCM, it is pretty common. You simply replace the EBCM, bolt on computer module. It's all a big guessing game until you know the actual code(s). |

| You need a scan tool that can read chassis codes. Most like a bad wheel speed sensor or bad EBCM. |

| Wiper motor failures are common these cars due to water getting inside the motor/circuit board. When you replace the motor, put a bead of silicone around the plastic cover over the circuit board. |

I'm not sure how you got 150psi compression on a non-operating intake valve. 
The stock rocker bolts are TTY and are NOT reusable. INTENSE sells reusable rocker bolts |

| In my experience its the regulator/motor failing 75% of the time, the door wiring at the hinge area 20% of the time, and the module itself being 5% of the time. |

| If you have 150psi compression, you have no valvetrain issues. I still think this is an ignition issue. Yes the ICM could cause no spark on #4, but that would have been present with the spark test. Let's see what the injector does. |

| The fuel rail is pretty easy to pop off too if you wanted to just move the injectors around to see if the misfire follows. |

A plug wire can ohm out OK and deliver spark to a spark tester and still be arcing out a misfire. I would have replaced the wires when you did new plugs.
You can check for injector pulse at the connector with a #194 bulb. |

| Never torn into an 87-91 gen, but yes all the 92+ Bonnevilles that I've worked on have plastic clips and retainers holding trim together. No screws. It is indeed very difficult to remove brittle plastic without breaking it. There is not a lot of information out there either. |

I see no problem. Sounds like normal oil pressure to me. If its getting down to 20psi at idle you would have a problem.
Oil pressure and compression are 2 very different things.
What was it doing before that you are now thinking you have a problem? |
